Challenge: Take an ordinary commercial meeting room and turn it into a state-of-the-art executive suite. With the annual meeting fast approaching, we rolled up our sleeves and got to work. Scope: Update the AV equipment, add wood veneer acoustic panels, change out the acoustic ceiling tiles, upgrade the lighting, and install new motorized blackout shades. All this in only 25 days start to finish.

Solution: Our manufacturing partner pulled out all the stops to procure the veneer, custom stain, and fabricate the veneered acoustic panels. We removed the existing ceiling tiles and replaced them with upgraded NRC value black tiles. Reconfigured the lighting system, provided the necessary infrastructure for the AV upgrade, custom painted the HVAC diffusers to match the tiles, installed wood veneered accent walls and motorized blackout shades. The goal was achieved through teamwork and constant communication with our client. Mission accomplished! Another beautifully crafted acoustically balanced environment!
